Do you take walk ins?

We do not accept walk ins. All guests must make an appointment in advance.

Do you accept private health rebates?

We do not do private health rebates.

Is the premise kept clean?

Of course! We keep to the highest hygiene standards to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for our guests. We practice the following:

  • We regularly clean and wipe down door handles, chairs, walk-way areas, entire massage rooms.
  • All staff are educated on sensible hygiene etiquette to ensure we do not bring any bacteria into the environment.
  • Every client has freshly cleaned sheets and towels.
  • We practice the safest government standard for hand washing.
Making reservations

We operate on a reservation-only basis (via online booking or inquiry form). Bookings are accepted for one appointment at a time, with group reservations (up to two people) available on specific days.

Reservation availability:

  • Dual (two guests at the same time): Monday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Remedial therapy: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • Solo relaxation sessions: Available every day except Tuesday

Our priority is your health and privacy.
Before your appointment, kindly let us know if you are pregnant or have any health concerns.

What parking is available?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to make time to find parking as it can get quite busy.

Parking on Bentham St. gets quite busy. So we recommend parking on one of the surrounding streets (Hutchins St, Hooker St, Mueller St, Banks St. etc.) instead.

Kindly note that our venue is located upstairs and accessible via stairs only.

Public transport is also easily accessible. Bus number 57 from Woden or Canberra City.

Professional boundaries and policies: Respecting our safe and therapeutic space

We are a professional massage clinic offering therapeutic bodywork only.

To ensure a respectful and professional environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to note the following:

All clients must wear underwear during treatment.
This is a strict policy. Clients not wearing underwear will be asked to leave, and the session fee will still apply in full.

Any erotic or sexually suggestive requests will be rejected.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Consultations

Upon arrival, your therapist will provide a brief consultation form for you to fill out carefully. At the beginning of your appointment, the therapist will ask a few questions to understand your preferences for the treatment.

Arrival time

New guests

To make the most of your therapy, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Kindly take a moment to fill out the consultation form upon arrival.

Returning guests

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Minimum age for treatments

If you would like your child to attend an appointment here at Mint ‘n Co. Massage, please refer to the below age minimums eligible for treatments.

Age 18+ all treatments

Age 15-17 only Head and Face Massage. Foot Reflexology

Late arrivals

If you happen to be running late, please understand that we are unable to extend your session.

Enhancing your comfort and honoring your preferences

We truly want your experience to be just right for you. Every massage is unique, so please feel free to tell your therapist if you’d like any adjustments—whether it’s changing the pressure, adding an extra towel, or softening the sound or lighting. If getting up from a lying position is difficult, don’t hesitate to ask for a helping hand.

Cancellations

Please cancel your appointment directly online using the link provided in your confirmation email.

Phone calls or text messages are not considered valid cancellation methods as they may not be received reliably.

If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, please wait up to 10 minutes and then contact us at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy:

  • Weekdays (Mon-Fri): Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% treatment cost penalty. You will be invoiced for the 50% treatment amount, and payment is required
  • Weekends (Sat-Sun, including Public Holidays): Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% treatment cost penalty. You will be invoiced for the 50% treatment amount, and payment is required.
  • No Show Policy: Failure to notify us and not showing up within 15 minutes of your appointment time will result in a 100% treatment cost penalty. You will be invoiced for the full treatment amount, and payment is required.

This policy applies to all Gift Vouchers. The redemption value will be reduced to 50% or voided, in accordance with the terms outlined above.

Payment

You may submit an online booking request without providing credit card details. We place our trust in you.

A deposit may be required for certain treatments. We will send a payment link if needed.

There are no card processing fees for online payments.

For card payments made on the day, a 1.4% surcharge will apply (processed via Timely terminal). Please note that we operate as a cashless service.

If you prefer to avoid the surcharge, please let us know, we can send you a payment link in advance.

Cleanliness, hygiene and oil information

At Mint ‘n Co Massage, we prioritise creating a fresh and hygienic environment for all guests. All towels and sheets are washed after each use, and we avoid using strong-scented fabric softeners, as we understand some may find the scent overpowering. For your comfort and hygiene, we also use disposable sheets in certain areas.

All body treatments use almond oil with essential oils. Oils in other treatments can be adjusted to suit your skin needs or sensitivities.

If you have any special requests, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

How does the referral program work?

Tell your friends or family about Mint ‘n Co. Massage
When they book, they must:
Select the “referral add-on”
Include your first and last name in their booking

Are there any booking requirements or restrictions?

The appointment must be 60 minutes or longer
Remedial therapy is excluded
Gift vouchers and other promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with this offer  

Who can use the referral offer?

Only new, first-time guests
The referrer (you) will also gain this offer after the first-time guest uses theirs

What is the reward?

Once the referral booking is confirmed:
The referred guest receives a complimentary +15 minutes on their next appointment and the referrer also gains this reward

Anything else to know?

The referral add-on must be selected at the time of booking
The referral name must be clearly provided to qualify
