Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Discounted or promotional vouchers may have a shorter validity (e.g., 12 months) as stated at purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be used or extended.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are intended for use by the named recipient only unless approved by the business.
The voucher code must be provided at the time of booking and presented at the appointment.
If the purchase amount is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher. No cash change will be given. If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
Vouchers cannot be used with other promotions or discounts.
If menu or service prices change, any price difference must be paid at redemption.
Cancellations within 24 hours reduce the voucher value by 50%. No-shows (more than 15 minutes late without contact) will result in the voucher being fully redeemed.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
The business reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
