We operate on a reservation-only basis (via online booking or inquiry form), allowing bookings for one appointment at a time and accommodating groups of up to two people.

Our priority is guest’s health and privacy.

Prior to your appointment, please advise us if you are pregnant, have any health issues.

If unavailable on your preferred date/time, especially on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), please contact us. Note: Closed on Tuesdays.
Due to booking system limitations, reservations over 2 hours may not always be possible. Use the request form to notify us.

Bentham St parking is busy and short term stay.

Surrounding streets like Hutchins St, Hooker St, Mueller St, Banks St. etc. have longer street side parking available. Please read all parking directions as it is not our responsibility.

Public transport is also easily accessible. Bus stops are marked on the image below.

We request all visitors to have at least a 1 hour gap between eating and having massage.
Please come well hydrated. However, we do offer free drinking water at reception.
Using the bathroom prior to treatment is recommended. However an inside toilet can be used before and after your treatments if needed.

We do not have shower facilities.

Upon arrival at Mint ‘n Co Massage, your therapist will provide a brief consultation form for you to fill out carefully. At the beginning of your appointment, the therapist will ask a few questions to understand your preferences for the treatment.

New guests

To make the most of your therapy, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Returning guests

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

If you would like your child to attend an appointment here at Mint ‘n Co. Massage, please refer to the below age minimums eligible for treatments.

Age 15-17 only Head and Face Massage. Foot Reflexology

In the event that you are running late, we will grant a 5 minute extension, but no further extensions will be possible.

While we strive to anticipate your needs, we understand that each massage experience is highly individual. Please inform your therapist if there is any way to enhance your treatment or comfort, such as adjusting massage pressure (stronger or gentler), providing an extra towel, or modifying sound and lighting levels. If you have difficulty getting up from a prone position, please ask for assistance.

Please communicate with us and respect our time and services. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request a courtesy text or email with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation Policy:

• Weekdays (Mon-Fri): Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% treatment cost penalty.
• Weekends (Sat-Sun, including Public Holidays): Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 50% treatment cost penalty.
• No Show Policy: Failure to notify and not showing up within 15 minutes of the appointment time will result in a 100% treatment cost penalty. An invoice will be issued.

This policy applies to all Gift Vouchers. The redemption value will be reduced to 50% or voided in accordance with the above terms.

We here at Mint ‘n Co Massage believe in a friendly and clean environment for all individuals. We kindly request that upon arriving at Mint ‘n Co Massage that you cleanse your body/clothes of tobacco/cigarette odours prior to entering. Smoking outside the doors is also not prohibited.
