Gift Voucher Policy

• Gift voucher number is required when making the booking.
• Non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Not exchangeable for cash.
• Valid for 36 months from the issued date.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discounts.
• Not to be used with Private Health Insurance.
• Any cancellations within 24 hours (weekends 48 hours) of appointment will incur a penalty. 50% reduced value of the voucher. A “no-show” (Failure to notify and not show up within 15 minutes of the appointment time) will incur a 100% of reduction of the voucher value.
• We will accommodate any request to modify treatments at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
